Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. During this time, you can apply for return for some reason. If the returned item is damaged, is without a return logistics number, or returned thirty days after the issuance of return logistics number, we will refuse it. If the merchandise is damaged or soiled due to improper packaging during return, we will not accept such merchandise. All the items must be repackaged in the original packaging wrap. Or at least in equivalent packing materials.
FREE Return Policy Details All returned products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them (e.g., Items cannot be worn, washed, damaged, or altered).
Procedure Of The Return
- Briefly describe the issue and email it to us at email@example.com. Also, send us a picture of the damaged spot as well.
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Once approved, we will process your return and credit it to your paypal or original method of payment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
